    Came in pretty sore from the comp this weekend, but I really needed to move.
    No squats
    Metcon I just went every 90 sec Rx’d and had about a minute rest in between rounds. 14:06 was my time

    Squats: 145/150/145/155/145/160 (didn’t get deep enough on the last one; I was focusing on my bad squat stance which I will work on from here on out…………………..)

    rx weight; didn’t rx the rounds, obs
    (Did focus on my squat stance during the metcon. Changing it is going to be an adventure as I had to look down at my feet almost every time I went to squat and fix them :))

    Metcon: I don’t even wanna say what I did because I will get yelled at but it wasn’t 10 rounds. But I did do RX.

    I tried to start slow so I didn’t burn out. Started enjoying the slow pace then looked at the clock and noticed I had 3 rounds left with 3:30 to go. There’s a difference between pacing and leisurely.
