    250#FS pr
    Brain almost exploded, weird burning sensation continued so I quit metcon.

    Did 7 DL at 285, 3 Bar MU, 4 DL at 285 and quit. Head aches still.

    FS felt horrible as my wrist was a stiff mess.
    Did 135 for 5 reps and then flipped to BS’s to get more reps and weight on. 235 for 3 Reps to stop the sets.
