    That’s how it was written, I got 1 legless then 2 legless failed attempts and the rest I used my legs. All with the vest.

    Snatches: Didn’t really keep track of weight too well. Made it up to 125#, but my form was suffering so I took it back down to 115# and just worked on that a bit. Form felt great there.

    Metcon: 2 + 22 Calories + 10 Push-press (did the movements backwards), Rx w/ 25# med ball
