    Subbed and did HSPU (kipping)
    5/4/3/3…down hill after that maybe 1-2 mixed in with negatives. PR’D and Got 5 in a row on 1st minute.

    Did knee to elbows first few rounds and then grip started to go and it changed to knee raises
    30# KB all unbroken

    Stretched and then practiced some overhead squats with a 15# bar

    Metcon 1: ttb: first 2 rounds were all Unbroken swings ttb, rounds 3-5 worked swinging but grip was wearing out, knees to elbows, knee raises and some single ttb
    KB: 35# all unbroken

    Metcon 2: Bike: 40 cal total. This needs much work!

    Bike but I pedaled lightly in between sprints to keep warm and motivated.
    So no accurate record of calories or mileage
