    Really wanted to just focus on technique so worked up to 70# all power snatches (thank you for the pointers Jennie!)

    Strength: Worked up to 85#, not a pr, just did several ugly reps @ 85#

    Still pretty sucky at stringing pull-ups. Think I could make up some more time by running faster and getting less sucky at pull-ups.

    7 seconds slower then 6 months ago when pregnant 😏
    I forgot how much harder it is to workout at 6 am ( excuses excuses )
    Pull ups and runs were extra slow

    Strength worked up to 95# no PRing
