6 sets of 3 Cleans + 1 Jerk at 60-70%

Metcon – “Linda”

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Deadlift: 1.5 x Bodyweight
Bench Press: Bodyweight
Squat Clean: 0.75 x Bodyweight

Find a buddy or two and get to work.

    Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight (285# RX)

    Bench press: body weight (145# scaled)

    Clean: 3/4 body weight (140# RX)

    Quit after first few rounds back was rounding. my core wouldn’t stay tight. Live to fight another day.
