    Was shooting for an RX and had it til the 135 OHS

    Completed all bar MU and ring MU, no OHS at 135. Left lower neck is whack.

    Sore and tired from Linda the day before, but glad I went and worked some of it out…

    20 round– I did BMU with small band–out of 10 attempts I got 3, then I did 10 C2b and 10 foot assisted ring dips/ 75# OHS
    10 ring pull ups/10 foot assisted dips and 85# OHS
