    Everything else rx.

    135# worked on form and finding position that is comfortable on the knees.

    Subbed DB push presses for HSPU due to injured hand/wrist from last week. 35# DB’s
    Started with C2B but shifted to chin-over-the-bar’s somewhere in the first round.
