5 Rounds for Max Reps of:
Minute 1 – Row for Calories
Minute 2 – Power Cleans (135/95)
Minute 3 – Burpees over Bar
Minute 4 – Rest

Skill/Strength

15 minutes of Shoulder to Overhead work
Strict Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Split Jerk with the intention of getting “great” movement and therefore strength progress.

    Worked on strict press with the bar to keep close to the body and tighten core. Added weight a couple of times.

    (Started out too fast. Had to remind self to take it at a mellower pace per dr. orders for another week. – Still died😵)
    Row: 13/8/8/8/8 = 45
    PC @ 55#: 11/11/10/10/10 = 52 (Worked on cycling in sets of 2, 3, & 4)
    Burpees: 10/9/8/8/8 = 43
    Total: 140 (miscalculated an extra set of burpees post WOD and put 148 on the board… WOD Brain😜)

    Worked on 55# strict press/push press/push jerk/split jerk

      Oh and burpees were step over as I have catastrophes (like tripping and ripping the crap out of my shin) when doing jump overs when fatigued. 😬 Since trying to take it easy for the next week, stepping over it is.

    Strength: mostly worked strict press worked up to 77# pr. Also, Did a few push press and push jerks
