    Did splits to get more comfortable and last two sets dropped back down to focus on being faster in my drive .

    -Dubs were terrible again today completed every rd but 1 ( did 20 something a moved on lol)
    – 65# overhead walking lunge completed first 3 unbroken . 4th round took a break and made it mabybe 40ft. 5 rd took a break again and stepped on line but didn’t cross it . TO MANY BREAKS
    – 3 pull-ups on rings trying to get in false grip/ 3 real ring dips yay I have them still/ 3 ring pulls/ 3 ring dips / 3 ring pulls

    Decided to experiment due to the DB OHWL rumors.
    50# DB’s = HORRIBLE
    First round 50 ft every other 25 ft. My shoulders and neck hate me today. I hope we do farmers carry lunges or thrusters or curls or barefoot DB kicks for distance instead of OHWL’s.
