15 minutes to work on Handstand Push-ups. Strength or Balance to complete the movement, Accuracy to get heels over the line at the beginning and end of each rep, Cycling without falling are just a few of the considerations.

    Back is hurting. Careful with it today.

    HSPU: only did a few. Was able to string together a couple sets of 5. Worked on getting heels over line.

    Metcon: 17:46 – 30 walking lunges w/ 53# KB instead of PCs – WBs unbroken – biked.

    Coaching 5 am and wodding at 6:30 pm has a negative impact on performance. So does Mexican for lunch.

    Did 18 PC but back pain in the immediate second I pulled from the floor so switched to hang for other 72 with no pain.

    Didn’t lay down during the WOD…there is more progress! Saturday i just sat down some…so…little better. 🙂

    Didn’t eat enough yesterday during breakfast and lunch. And not enough water. So I was dragging big time.

    14# wallball. Did have several no reps, but I only counted legitimate reps. But all where above the white line and full ROM. Progress but the wb still won
