    Made it through the warm up. That’s about all I can say for myself today. Came in with a bad attitude and couldn’t shake it. Lower back was super fatigued. Fell on my second or third round of OHS and decided to stop before I hurt myself. 🙄😑😡 #frustrated

    1 min rest in between each set
    Total time = 21:05, Work Time = 14:05, Total distance around 3925m
    I forgot to start a clock, so I counted the rests.
