    Worked up to an 80# ugly power snatch – low back is still super fatigued so I didn’t feel solid today

    Dubs: 32/28/21/15/28/17/27/23 = 191
    14# Med Ball sit-ups: 9×8 = 72
    20# DB Presses: 9/6/4/5/5/4/4/5= 42 – struggle bus on these (the second round was push-ups, but my shoulders are already tight so I didn’t try again – should have subbed squats)
