    WOD: stopped at 13:something with 5 snatches left – felt pain in my back around L1 area – both sets of OHS unbroken.

    Wasted time turning on fan and talking to Jayson but mostly it was the 2nd set of snatches and the taste of blood that got me.

    Low back and knees not able to go super heavy on squats rights now.

    -OHS first rd unbroken second 12/9 ( got off a few times on these I can tell they are a struggle still with my core and adjusting back to not having the belly )
    – C2b did 10 each rd !!!!! First time doing these again and took me forever each rd ! Fished off with Kipping pull ups
