    70 cal bike (10 cal at a time w/ 1:1 rest)
    50 cal row (25 cal at a time w/ 1:1 rest)
    30 OBJ (sets of 10 w/ 1:1)
    25 PC&J at 185# (singles every 30 sec. then 3 EMOM)
    5 rope climbs (3 legless)

    Did a few DL’s with Lucas and pulled 415×3 then tried 465 which would’ve been a 10# PR but today was not the day.

    Coached fundamentals class from 1:30 to 5.
    Coaches meeting from 5 to 730ish.

    Did all WB and T2B unbroken

    Helped Shea and Tanya on the bike and row. Twisted my ankle on very 1st box jump over so sat out. Did 2 legless rope climbs to help.

    During 1030, 5×5 strict press on one leg at 65#
