    Box steps due to ankle injury from Saturday. Entire lower leg, foot and knee is aching but not bad.
    Broke thrusters and pull-ups one time in the 21’s and 15’s. All else unbroken.

    Got some good advice from Jayson on next pull up progression. No more parallel to floor RR’s. Make rings higher and pull from sitting position (butt almost off the ground when starting). Could really feel the muscles working. Determined to get my pull-ups back 😜 Also worked on some knees to chest. Working on fast, controlled movement (breaking the plane) as will more than likely be in the Open and I struggled with tight movements with this last year.
