    21 Calorie Row (This felt SLOW๐Ÿข Especially in later rounds)

    All rounds were within 4:00-4:45 timeframe.
    Tried toes to rings the first round for 5 reps, but was not doing that great at it. Will need to do that as skill work after wods to improve. So, I finished the WOD with knees to chest.

    What a great Valentine’s Day workout! Definitely got the heart pumping!โค
