    Haven’t been squatting good since the foot injury. I guess limping for 6 months will make your leg weak. Duh so nothing good to report there-worked up to 175#.

    LBBS: Worked up to 175# which is my precious pr. Tried 180# 3 times, but couldn’t get it up. Frustrating.

    Strung 9 T2B together tonight! Could have done more if I wasn’t falling off the bar. Need to try with thumb around technique.

    BS: Worked to 365# and then made the jump to 405#. It felt good. Failed about 2/3 of the way back up. 385# is my previous PR.

    First 30 PJ unbroken.
    Rows and box jumps smoked me today.

    20 inch box, mostly jumps on first set, mostly steps on second so I could keep moving

    Wasn’t feeling it today but did some squatting still and worked up to 190# felt good and know I could do more. post babe PR

    Metcon only had enough time for 1rd finished in 7:59 rxd with run def could have got at least 2rds in felt decent on this
