No yoga today.

We will have yoga EVERY SATURDAY in March. Join us at 8AM on March 4, 11, 18 & 25 for yoga! Free for members and only $5 for non-members.

Brett and Jessica will be opening the doors tomorrow (Sunday) at 1 for anyone that needs to complete 17.1. Please be respectful of their time and day off and have your work completed and cleaned up by 3 so they can leave.

    25:50 Rx – well, Rx plus, I guess – I thought it was 40 wall balls, so I did 40 each round. Math is hard 😩
