    Did not finish. Got really light headed after the 2nd round of front squats so I completed the pull-ups for that round and called it a day. I think I was at 22:something at that point. As they say, live to WOD another day…

    115# snatches & OH squats. Had to really fight for the OHS.
    Started with bar muscle-ups. Got a full round of 7, then 3 on the 2nd round. Switched to 1:1 RR and RD. Because of the time wasted on failed MU’s I skipped the 3:00 rest period…

    Probably just did chin-over-bar pull-ups
