    Row: kept it at 1050-1100 Cal/hr.. made up my time here.
    HRPU: 25 which was amazing to me because I regularly struggle with regular push-ups, having to switch to pushing up from my knees. Groves and Bob Beasley getting down to my level and yelling at me made the difference cause I was ready to quit at 8.
