2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 Kettlebell Swings (72/53)
Compare to October 13, 2016

*If you are completing 17.5 tomorrow, I recommend moving at a slow to moderate pace today. I don’t think there is a movement conflict, but going at a higher intensity today could accumulate a lot of reps which could show up tomorrow as fatigue.

  1. Rob H. says:

    6rds +2 Rx
Went at easy pace.focused on hspu getting to open standard. Russian/Irish KB swings.
    3rds not for time
15 GHDs. 30 dubs….. +1 rd 10 GHDs & 10 dubs….OCD kicked in I had to 10 Dubs to get to 100 and I did 45 GHDs earlier this week so had to 10 more to get it 100 for the week
