    Starting at 135 doing 4 reps between 2 people adding 10lbs at a time till failure. Lucas and I got through 185.
    3.) Partner Diane w/ double reps in 9:41

    5.) Partnered with Bobby switching every min for 20 min max cals on the assault bike. Total cals = 408
