We will have yoga this weekend (4/1) and on 4/8 & 4/22. No yoga on April 15th or 29th.

Strength/Skill

15 minutes to complete 7 sets of
Clean & Jerk 1.1

Metcon

100 Power Cleans (135/95)*
*every minute on the minute, complete 5 Bar Facing Burpees until you reach 100 Power Cleans

    3 rft or 35 min cap
    10 triple unders
    20 manmakers 50#
    30 tire flips with smaller but heavier steel belted tire.
    1 shot/beer

    2 rnds +8 TU’s

    Manmakers were the worst part. Tequila was warming. Beer was refreshing.

    2+9 in time limit
    Never got a triple under until today. They were ugly but reproducible once I felt the movement.
    Man makers were by far the worst part.
    Tire Flips total fun.
    8 Oz Bud Light x 2
    Made me full and nauseous.

    Got a big DNF on this one! Was not feeling it today!

    Started with 95# then dropped to 85# at about rep 30, then gave up at rep 55. Felt like I was doing more damage than good to my body today. Tired and bad form.
