    Need to work on moving my front foot in the jerk

    115# Cleans – Went with 10# over 75% of my 1rep max just because it was from so long ago. Probably could have gone heavier. I had a pretty steady pace for them.

    Subbed 18 pull-ups and 18 push-ups for muscle ups each round.
