    Only did the WB for the first 2 round. 15#. Back started locking up. Switched to sit-ups. Did DU attempts for the first 3 times and the little penguin flap Shea taught us the other times. Rowed first 3 rounds and biked the last 3.

    DU’s …50 UB 1st round..PR!…others were UB sets of 30/20 & 25/25
    WB’s #10…did 10/10 1st set of 3..then 7/8/5 last 3 rnds.
    Rows..completed each of cal set just under the max minutes. More time than i wouldve liked but Baby’d lower back, felt oddly tight…which flowed over into lesser UB reps of WB. All good though.
