    Metcon: 12:47 Rx – unbroken FS on 6s and 9s – split 12s 8/4 – c2b singles.

    SC+SC+J: 135/155/185/205/225/245/255 – reset for each clean for the first 3. Last 4 sets did touch and go cleans.
