    Deadlifts–decided to work off higher # bc I haven’t done a 1 RM in a long time & recent DL’s have been pretty easy (also bc Jess talked me in to it). Lost my paper but started working off 245# & ended up w/a PR of 225#. (Last recorded was 200#)

    Rd’s 2/4 were strict PU & round 3 was a mix of RD & strict PU

    Metcon: Didn’t have time for full metcon so did 5rds in 12:11
