    @ the cap I was 7 DLs into the 14. Also, I just picked up where I dropped in the HSW. The standard requires you to make it in at least 15 ft sections and if you fall restart the 15 ft section. I didn’t hold that standard

    40# OHS straight across. Really trying to build core strength and stability
    Snatches 40/55/60 these felt good today

    I read my previous time wrong and thought I’d done it four minutes slower but I actually PR’d by a minute! And increased my weight and difficulty of movement. So excited to start seeing progress in my WOD’s 😊
