    Nursing hamstring. Took it easy today.

    1.) 3×25 reverse hyper

    2.) DL: 5×5 @ 135# – 1×5 @ 185# – just worked the movement.

    3.) AMRAP: 3 + 20 + 4 – snatches round 1 – changed to 75# strict press after hamstring got tender.
