      I think I use that same belt Friday for deadlifts. When I ordered a small belt I didn’t know they thought I meant toddler sized.

    9 PC 65#..1st&2nd rnds UB. Rest were strings of 2-3 before dropping bar. A few singles mixed in.
    15 push-ups..kept quads & knees off ground first rnd… roll ups to planks for rest.

    123/143/153/163/173…then 163 x 10… obviously I should have went heavier.

    Only did 3 rounds. I had 2 softball games afterwards. Glad I only did 3… feeling everything the next day.

    12:34…95# …whole lot of walking. Hamstrings have been extremely tight the last 3 weeks.

    No rack, so did push press strength work with same rep scheme:
