    Bryce got stuck at work, so we missed the 6:30 class ☹️

    Since we’re both pretty sore from the recent WODs, we decided to go on a nice long walk around our neighborhood. Just to get the blood flowing and our muscles loosened up.

    2.55 miles in 45 min (even ran the last 1/2 mile 😳 – which is a plus since neither of us likes to run😝)

    Easing our way back into things 👍🏻
