    (fastest time recorded but went with lighter weight than normal due to getting back at it – chose to go lighter so I could keep a decent pace and not strain myself too much. Last recorded time was in 6 min timeframe @ 70# and did all squat cleans that time too 😳)

    Lower back felt tight in warm ups..wall walk ups maybe?
    Don’t feel I was able to go 100% tonight.

    …then went home and gave 6 grown beagles flea baths, cleaned and weedeat dog pen.
    Worn t.f. Out…. In a good way. Slept like a babe last night.

    Should have done better. Was an idiot and wore my lifters thinking it would help, but I was very wrong. My lower quads were on fire the whole time. May have to redo this one. 😏
