    Snatch – worked muscle snatches in 7 sets of 5 with 33# and 45#

    Jackie – 9:34 Rx (45#)- not a pr (2016 pr 8:50)
    Finished row at 4:23
    Broke thrusters twice – even set the bar down this time – way too slow
    Note to self for next time – suck it up and do not put the bar down!
