    Metcon – 12:12 wt 40# DB’s. Also a good challenge.

    first time I have had my body just give out during a workout. Usually I can push through but today my body just crashed during the second round of pullups and I had to scale back everything.

    Pullups – started first four rounds with 7… mostly singles after that. Should have rested less on earlier rounds.

    Only did 4 rounds. My battery gave out and I didn’t have the smarts to scale further and finish. Haven’t quit a metcon early in I don’t know how long… if ever. Get back up to WOD another day.

    55# Thrusters – Slow and steady on these. I want to say all of the thrusters were unbroken, but I could be wrong on that.
