    I have been sandbagging the runs… Alot. So today I focused on running fast. Sprints.
    1st run: 1:18-1:20ish
    2nd run: 1:25ish
    3rd run: 1:28-1:30ish

    So as for the rest…
    Running fast(er) made the burpees suck.
