    Must buy a leg sleeve. Ankle is tore up but this was a good day. Haven’t been on a rope in almost a year probably. Weight felt light but still working on form and keeping everything tight .

    Didn’t push nearly hard enough. I credit my laziness to the several servings of cake, ice cream and pizza I had this week.

    Bike both rounds, 83 snatches, 93 clean & jerks, climbs all on short rope with first 3-5 pulls legless
