    4:11 Grace – Def not a Grace pr, but a pr on Grace for this workout of 29 seconds. Felt really slow on this.

    Should have been faster. I had a mental block and forgot how to climb the rope and failed probably 4 attempts before remembering. So frustrating because it was easy once I remembered! Burpees took me forever today.

    Grace in 3 flat. Done with first run at 13. Then the wheels came off. Ran out of time. Best I have ever felt on rope so that was good

    C&J 45# – still finding my #'s. I should've tried a little more weight
    1 mi run/walk
    30 rope 'pulls' from floor – forgot what that's called
    1 mi run/walk
    100 burpees – took forever. Could not get my body to cooperate @ the end

    Thanks to Todd (and everyone else there) for pushing me through the final 10
