    Thankful to have Mary Lawson to push me on the runs.. even if she didn’t know that’s what she was doing.. I had to push on the runs because my Burpees are horrible.

    40/50/46 = 136 RX, rested 4 minutes instead of 5 between rounds. No time for a warm up or the barbell warm up before coaching.
