    Today was definitely an active rest day. Body is super sore and I was moving slow. All pull-ups and squats unbroken. Push-ups were a struggle. I think they were all roll ups.

    Cindy: 18 + 5 + 9 rx- push-ups hot tough. Had to speed up the squats.

    Fun fact: I believe Cindy may have been my all time first crossfit workout to do… about 7 years ago at a fire station I worked at.

    First few rounds I was able to get 2 or 3 pull ups after that I would get 1 each round and switch to ring rows
    Pull ups first five rounds were best I’ve ever done then they started getting sloppy
    PR on rounds and first time attempting pull ups

    first 9 rounds were rx, then left rotator cuff started to hurt on the pushups so I subbed 35# single arm dumbell snatches with right arm only x10 for the remainder.
