    Hit a 225 for one clean, but didn’t attempt the overhead.

    Upper body is super fatigued from Cindy yesterday. These felt heavy.

    This was supposed to be an active rest day….it was not 😓

    I feel like I can push jerk these weights pretty easily, worked a lot on my split jerk, because it just doesn’t feel right.

    Got a call from my restaurant mid class and couldn’t do the Metcon.

    Run Swim Run Workout from the games at 5PM with Bobby, Lucas, Sam and Doug
    1.5mile Run in 12:12
    500m Swim in 9:14
    1.5 mile Run in 12:04

    Total time with transitions 40:39
    Total time w/o transitions 33:32
