    10 step ups. One leg at time with control. 10 per leg
    Then finished up with 50 sit-ups.
    Driveway may be 200m but saying 150m to be safe. Active rest day

    Seated DB press 10#/10 reps
    *stopped at 10 on each to allow transition time, really had too much time after DB press….either go heavier or more reps next time. Or both.
