    Less reps than last time but this was the first time to do all C2B, I think. I spent the majority of my time doing T2B and C2B.

    232 reps down almost 50 from April BUT really big movement difference:
    14# WB did 20/10/10/10
    50 dubs the most I have ever done in a workout! 🎉 Took forever but I can string five together now and I’m starting to get s sense of the rhythm. Considering I was doing penguins taps in April this was a huge deal to me.
    20″ box step ups
    Knee raises
    20 kipping pull ups and then 10 jumping pull ups. Another big movement PR
    22 burpees
    Really pleased with my improvement 👍🏻

    should’ve had more weight for the cleans but
    based it on snatch #
