    7 thrusters #33…had some loooong pauses toward end, but never put bar down.
    7 PUs..Rnd 1: 7 PUs(singles, too hard), Rnd 2: 7 RR’s(felt good, UB), Rnd 3: 7 jumping PUs(too easy)
    7 burpees

    Rowed 40cals bw each round
    Marked my time at end of last burpee: 4:45/16:38/29:18
    Rowing was slow going…barely getting 10cals per minute…def room here to trim time.
    This was my 1st recorded Barf test, I mean Beep test.
