    A little conjugate style DL warm up.

    Might have been a little shy of full extension on the DL at the top of some reps. I was trying to go full tilt.
    HSPU’s were strict except for maybe one rep in the 15’s.
    PR effort. Previous PR 4:24

    Skipped C&J work for recovery.

      Jerks were push jerks then once I reached 85 I changed to split jerks.

      DB press at #12… need to buy heavier DBs
