      SO. SLOW. TODAY. Lower back is giving me issues so wore a belt for the metcon, but the weight still felt so much heavier than normal today. 😑

    Purposely did singles so I would re-adjust to good form lifting off floor. Messed lower back up last time on these.

    15 # DB snatch, 20 reps alternating arms: instead of 500 meter Row 

    DUs attempted for 2 min:
    instead of 400 meter Run

    9:00 no rests in between

    Metcon
    Not-“Heavy Grace”

    30 Clean & Jerks
    (DB 15# each) lighter weights since DB are bulky and awkward 😕
    3:33 (10 NB at a time)

    Oh well. Better than nothing at all!
