    Metcon – 35 Rx. Felt a pop in right knee 4th rd, and pace slowed (as if it wasn’t slow enough). Gotta get comfortable with that 30.

    Wall ball at #12. This was up from a #10 and felt pretty good. Might be time to go up in wallball weight. Focusing on my squat not being so low on these.

    PJ=175 …..tried this a couple of times and remembered I suck at jerk lift. Dropped down to 115 and worked on form a few sets.

    Did pretty terrible on this one, but since my 1 rep max snatch is 100# I surprised myself being able to at least get this many.

    Worked up to 103# on PP, 113# on PJ.

    24 reps w/ 75#, 20#….not all wall balls hit target right but overall did better than I expected with the heavier ball.

    (my PP PR is 75 for 1 rep so I improved by getting 3 reps!)

    Push Jerk – 75/80/85/85 fail the 3rd rep at 90#

    Metcon: sad to even report that I only got 17 reps. (Rx’d) I did re-do several wall balls that didn’t hit the target, but I was just struggling to breathe throughout.
