    3×1–65/65/65 all power snatch since its my last 1 Rep max.

    Did a workout yesterday that focused on legs and I felt the soreness.

    Strength: up to 135 need to work on technique mainly getting under the bar as the weight goes up

    Rnd 3: run, 45# C&J, (insert :10 – :12 sec oxygen break) 100 su only, survived.
