We have yoga this morning at 8AM! Also, please remember we will be open Monday, September 4th on Labor Day for only one WOD at 9AM!


Teams of 3:
600 Meter Bag Run (approx. 70/50)
100 Power Snatches (75/55)
600 Meter Bag Run
75 Power Snatches (95/65)
600 Meter Bag Run
50 Power Snatches (115/80)
600 Meter Bag Run

    I took the Sandbag for a whole 600m and it felt great. Had to make up for the lack of Snatches I would complete @115

    Practiced 2 team WODs w/ ML, Jennie, and Sam. Gotta work out some kinks, but it’ll get better
    5 RFT:
    20 pull ups
    30 push ups
    40 butterfly sit ups
    50 air squats
    3 min rest
    27 min everything unbroken

    Saturday worked on 2 max lifts and a couple of team WODs for Battle of the Ages.

    Made up Sunday with Josie and Tanya
    Bag was almost 50#

    All runs=25#backpack and a total of 6minutes
    35reps of 53# power snatches
    10reps of 63# power snatch then finished with
    15reps of power cleans (shoulders tired)
    15 reps of 83# power cleans
