    Barely made it back to Jackson in time to catch the last class of the day. Worked up to 275 on high bar back squat. Ecstatic considering the back and leg probs I’ve been having.

    Got 11 reps into metcon before I realized I wasn’t going to overcome my debilitating foot cramps. I blame it on 2 days in a row of fancy clothes and high heels.
